These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of PDF Word Excel ("the Service"), available at www.pdfwordexcel.xyz. By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. The Service

PDF Word Excel provides free online tools to convert, merge, split, compress, edit and otherwise process PDF, Word, Excel and image files. All processing runs locally in your browser — your files are never uploaded to our servers.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. By using it you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Your responsibilities

  • You are solely responsible for the files and content you process.
  • You must own the files or have all necessary rights and permissions to process them.
  • You must not use the Service to process or distribute content that is illegal, infringing, defamatory, obscene, sexually exploitative of minors, or that promotes hate, violence or terrorism.
  • You must not upload malware, attempt to bypass security, scrape the site at scale, or interfere with its normal operation.
  • You must not use the Service to violate any applicable law or third-party right.

4. Intellectual property

The Service — including its design, source code, logos, copy and original blog posts — is owned by PDF Word Excel and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain all rights to the files you process; we claim no ownership over them. Limited, revocable, non-exclusive permission is granted to use the Service for its intended personal or business purposes.

5. Advertising

The Service is supported by advertising, including ads delivered by Google AdSense and its partners. We do not endorse advertised products. 6. No professional advice

Content on this site (including blog articles) is for general information only and is not legal, financial, medical or other professional advice. See our Disclaimer.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free, or that any output will meet your requirements.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PDF Word Excel and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, including loss of data, profits, revenue, goodwill or business opportunity, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service is limited to USD 50.

9. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PDF Word Excel from any claim, demand, damages or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your breach of these Terms.

10. Third-party links and services

The Service may link to or rely on third-party websites and services (e.g. Google AdSense, analytics providers, font CDNs). We are not responsible for their content, policies or practices. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms.

11. Modification & discontinuation

We may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without notice. We may also revise these Terms; the "Effective date" above will reflect the latest version. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised Terms.

12. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. The courts located in India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, except where mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence apply.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
